Article I — Identification and scope

This Comprehensive Data Governance and Operational Framework (the "Framework") governs the relationship between the Data Principal (User) and School Office, a Micro Enterprise registered under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises (MSME), Government of India, bearing Udyam Registration UDYAM-RJ-01-0149665. The enterprise operates through its technical division Edu Tech from R 35, Regional College, Pushkar Road, Ajmer, Rajasthan, 305004, classified under NIC code 85500 (Educational support services). By accessing this interface, the User accepts this Framework in place of any prior policy. The enterprise's operational baseline was established on 08/11/2025, with formal registration finalised on 23/12/2025, under the District Industries Centre, Ajmer.

Article II — Data collection and use

The software collects and processes the institutional data schools enter into it — timetables, staff attendance, class arrangements, financial ledgers (including fee reminders and digital receipts), and student academic results — for the purpose of operating, maintaining and improving the product. This may include using aggregated or anonymised data for product analytics, service improvement and, where permitted, tertiary research. Sensitive personal data is handled with the safeguards appropriate to its category, and the enterprise's legitimate interest in operating and improving the service forms part of the basis for this processing.

Article III — Limitation of liability

The School Office software is provided "as is" and "as available". School Office, its stakeholders and its personnel in Ajmer, Rajasthan disclaim liability for loss of institutional records, inaccuracies in generated results, breaches originating from third-party infrastructure, or errors in automatically generated documents such as receipts or timetables, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Users are encouraged to keep independent backups of critical records. Queries about these terms can be sent to [email protected] or +91 9784849176.

Article IV — Intellectual property and data portability

The architecture, design and logic of the School Office application are the intellectual property of the enterprise. We may migrate underlying infrastructure — for example between hosting providers or database systems — to maintain reliability and scale; this does not change how your data is used under this policy. Reports and certificates generated by the system are computer-generated documents and should be read alongside the enterprise's disclaimers on accuracy. This Framework, finalised as of 23/12/2025, is the current and complete statement of our data practices, and supersedes earlier versions.
