Built in Ajmer, for schools across India
A small team solving one problem: school administration takes up time that should go to teaching.
Why we started School Office
Most schools we spoke with in Rajasthan were running admissions in one register, attendance in another, fees in a third, and results in whatever the exam coordinator preferred that year. Nothing was wrong with any single system — the problem was that none of them talked to each other.
School Office started as an answer to that: one login, one student record, and every department reading from the same place. We built the first version with real school staff sitting next to us, watching where they clicked twice or gave up and picked up a pen instead.
What we're building toward
We're not trying to replace the judgement of principals, teachers or accountants — we're trying to remove the busywork around it, so that judgement gets used on students instead of spreadsheets. Every module we ship — from timetables to fee receipts — is designed and supported by our own team in Ajmer, not resold from someone else's product.
Who we are
School Office operates under Edu Tech, our technical division, and is registered as a Micro Enterprise with the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, Government of India. We're classified under the official activity code for educational support services.
